RO Wallet settings
RO Wallet settings control how this account appears to customers and which account-owned wallet actions are available.
Visibility and branding
| Setting | Meaning |

| Account Visibility | Public accounts can be discovered and joined through supported RO Wallet entry points. Private accounts require an existing relationship or controlled entry point. |
| Balance visibility | Chooses whether customers see and redeem local points, global currency credit, or both. It does not delete hidden balances. |
| Icon URL | The compact account mark used where space is limited. |
| Hero image URL | The wider account image used on brand and group surfaces. |
| Privacy policy URL | An HTTPS link shown during supported account-joining flows. |
Merchant logos and images belong to individual venues. Use the account icon and hero image for the shared customer-facing brand.
Local credit and conversion
- Local credit name replaces generic wording such as “points” with your programme's own name.
- Show redemption conversion lets RO Wallet show a server-calculated currency equivalent for the customer's local points.
- Redemption conversion rate is the account-currency value of one local point. For example, a rate of
0.01means 100 points display as 1 unit of the account wallet currency.
The rate does not convert or spend the balance by itself. It controls the explanatory value shown to the customer.
Redemption amount
Allow customers to choose redemption amount lets a customer enter an amount when preparing a supported credit or points redemption. When disabled, the available flow uses the fixed amount provided by the promotion or integration.
Before publishing changes
Check the account currency in Account settings, confirm that public visibility is intentional, and preview both a merchant with imagery and one without it. Members may have read-only access to this page; Owners and Admins can manage the settings.
