Dashboard and overview
The Overview is the starting point for understanding activity in one ValueMapper account. It combines totals, trends, promotion performance, and a recent event feed.
Choose a reporting window
Use the range control at the top of the page to switch between the available periods. The selected period updates the comparison labels, sparklines, redemption chart, top promotions, and recent activity together.
For short operational checks, use the shortest range. Use a longer range when a promotion has low volume or you need to identify a broader trend.
Read the summary
The top row reports:
- Contacts: all customer records currently associated with the account.
- Redemption Codes: issued codes, including codes that have not yet been redeemed.
- Redemptions: completed redemptions recorded by ValueMapper.
The number below each total describes activity during the selected period. It is not a second lifetime total.
Investigate activity
- Redemptions over time shows when redemptions occurred within the selected period.
- Top promotions ranks promotions with redemption activity. Select a promotion to open its details.
- Recent activity links to the related promotion, contact, or redemption code when a detailed page is available.
If the page says it is showing cached data, the last successful results remain visible while a refresh has failed. Retry later before using the figures for a final report.
